BALLET

ALL Women and Girls: Hair must be off the face and in a bun if long enough. A ponytail is okay if nothing else. Pink ballet slippers, pink footed or transition tights. Leotard colors depend on class (see below). Light color leg warmers and “Ballet” sweaters may be worn.

AGE/CLASS LEOTARD COLOR

Preschool: Pink

Ballet I-II: Purple

Ballet III-VI: Blue or Black

Intermediate, Advanced, Teen & Adult Classes Any Color

BALLET COMBO CLASSES

Boys: Black leggings or sweats, white T-shirt. Black ballet slippers.

Black tap shoes.

Girls: Pink ballet slippers, pink footed or transition tights. Black Tap shoes. Leotard colors depend on class (see Ballet dress code above).

DANCE FOR BOYS

Black dance pants or sweats, T-shirt, black dance shoes.

ACRO

Must wear a leotard and shorts. NO baggy shirts or pants.

SHIRTS MUST COVER MIDRIFF

ALL OTHER CLASSES

Stretch Pants and a T-shirt

Hip Hop: All Black Sport Shoes

Contemporary: Black Jazz or Ballet Shoes or “Foot-Undies”.

Lyrical: Ballet Slippers or "Half-Soles"

Tap: Black Tap Shoes

Pom: White Cheer Shoes

Swing: Black Dance Shoes
